Fitness Education and Training
Throughout the year the YMCA and other local organizations will host clinics, educational sessions and other training events that will help you stay fit and get ready to dominate the QUAD games! Check back often for new swim, bike, run and ski events!
YMCA Swim Clinics –
The 2016 swim clinics are scheduled for March/April at the Downtown and Glenwood YMCA.
Downtown YMCA: March 31 – April 21 at 7:00pm. Visit the YMCA website for more information.

Swim clinics are $15/Y members, $30/non-members
QUAD Bike Ride –
The 2016 group bike rides are scheduled for June 13, 20 and 27. Riders will meet at the QUAD Bike starting line – behind EUP’s football stadium along Perry Lane in Edinboro University. The ride will be broken into the levels A (beginner), B (intermediate), C (advanced) and will leave promptly at 6:00pm.
All levels are welcome! Whether you want to go for a casual ride or complete a workout we will offer a group for you. A workout geared towards building speed and group leaders will be available at each level. Please be sure to bring your own bike and helmet.
QUAD Running Groups – 2016/2017 information TBD
Edinboro Group Rides –
Starting the first Wednesday in April at 6:00pm a group of riders departs Edinboro University at 6:00pm for a 30-50 mile ride. Riders are broken into a A, B and C group (sometime D depending on how many riders show up). Rides meet at the football stadium parking lot along Perry Lane and leave promptly at 6:00pm.
Group A: averages 20+ mph
Group B: averages 17-18mph
Group C: averages 15-16mph
Group D: averaged less than 15mph
